The shuttle service was excellent for us. The shuttle service to and from the airport (Speedi Shuttle was great for us and, in fact, we had everything to ourselves on the way to the hotel). A 35-45 minute drive separates Disney's Aulani on Oahu (on the west side) from Honolulu International Airport. It is about 20 miles from Ko Olina Resort, a beautiful resort in the west of the island.

It doesn't matter if you use the Oahu bus, taxi, car service, shuttle bus or rental car, this is how you get to the resort. The public transport system is called TheBus and the nearest bus stop is about 1.6 km from Aulani Resort (a 20-minute walk along a motorway). The number of excellent resorts in much better areas makes a complete and more complete vacation an option that is also more affordable.
